On the first hot day of July 2015 we hosted our first Hindu wedding. Guests enjoyed two ceremonies; two drink receptions and a spectacular sparkler exit.
The Hindu ceremony was a feast for the senses with bright colours, the smell of spices and wonderful photo opportunities.
In the mean time the parterre was transformed back into its natural state ready for the bride and groom to marry again in a civil ceremony by the lake.
After all the excitement the guests gathered in the barn at 4pm for the wedding breakfast. The speeches commenced before dinner and resulted in a lot of laughter and tears. For those dancing the night away, they were awarded with the arrival of the mobile creperie.
